Job summary

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Possess a two-year technical diploma/degree or higher in a Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics or Maintenance discipline from an accredited institution OR possess a minimum of three (3) years’ maintenance experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.

• Must be available to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation as business needs require.

Applicants meeting the basic qualifications may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Five (5) years experience of manufacturing, equipment installation and troubleshooting maintenance support.
• Documented education, training and industrial work experience as well as experience with manufacturing equipment.

Pay Transparency

The starting rate of pay for this position is $31.42/hr - $38.37/hr. This targeted compensation range represents a good faith estimate and can vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
