Job summary

Greystar in Orlando, FL is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance on the property\'s buildings, grounds, and amenities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality, including make-ready tasks for new move-ins.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing issues, completing work orders, keeping documentation, coordinating with vendors, and supporting safety compliance; requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver\'s license; on-site role with on-call

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and local certifications as required.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing defects and making repairs.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Follows procedures to access materials from maintenance and tracks inventory and re-orders as needed.
• Completes documentation for service requests to enable tracking and reporting.
• Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities and supports cost-control by using parts efficiently.
• Attends safety meetings, completes required OSHA training, and reports incidents promptly.
