Job summary

Cal-AM Properties Inc in Idaho is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and ensure market-ready conditions across communities. Working Mon-Fri with on-call responsibilities, you will execute routine maintenance and respond to resident requests to uphold property standards.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, general maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license; preferred skills include plumbing, electrical, carpeting, painting, and EPA certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Field-of-Expertise: General maintenance experience.
• Preferred Field-of-Expertise: Plumbing, electrical, carpeting, painting experience, EPA certifiable status.
• Valid driver’s license along with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or assists in preparing vacancies to a market-ready condition.
• Performs various maintenance functions and records findings in the maintenance log.
• Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner.
• Reports maintenance concerns for repairs on vacant, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas.
