Job summary

Cal-Am Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a range of maintenance duties across our communities. You will handle service requests and help bring vacancies to market-ready condition as part of a collaborative maintenance team.

The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend work for emergencies. A valid driver’s license and general maintenance experience are preferred; EPA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• EPA certification preferred or certifiable.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or assists in preparing vacancies to market-ready condition.
• Performs various maintenance tasks including light bulbs, caulking, painting, locks, HVAC, landscaping.
• Responds to resident service requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Maintains maintenance logs and inventories; assists on special projects.
