CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Palomar Point and The Shores at North Beach in San Diego, CA. This full-time role supports ongoing maintenance, turnover inspects, and resident service requests to uphold high standards.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances; on-call emergency coverage; and collaboration with contractors and property management to maintain curb appeal and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Address resident service requests and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee turnovers, inspect, repair, and clean units for new residents.
• Maintain curb appeal through landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and management staff.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Additional duties as required.
