You’ll contribute to curb appeal and collaborate with a team of technicians and management. Flexibility for on-call shifts and a strong service mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in apartment maintenance or equivalent role.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and carpentry.
• Able to operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Oversee unit turnovers: inspect, repair, and clean to move-in readiness.
• Maintain curb appeal through landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and management; support on-call rotations.
• Ensure safety regulations and standards are followed in all tasks.
