This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and requires 1–2 years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. On-call rotation is part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliance repair, and general carpentry.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills to interact with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and appliances.
• Address resident service requests related to apartment maintenance.
• Oversee turnovers: inspections, repairs and cleaning for move-ins.
• Maintain curb appeal including landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors and management staff.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
