Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform diverse interior and exterior maintenance tasks at our Washington, DC-area community. You will service plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general equipment, while ensuring safety and resident satisfaction.

Role requires 1–3 years’ maintenance experience, strong customer service, and flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Compensation is hourly with incentive opportunities and enhanced benefits.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
• Perform routine maintenance indoors and outdoors as scheduled.
• Address repair requests promptly and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain safety and OSHA-compliant work practices on site.
