Job summary

Sedgebrook is seeking an on-site maintenance technician to handle a variety of maintenance tasks across our community. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain property and grounds while responding to resident requests in a timely, professional manner.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on maintenance experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards. A high school diploma or GED is required, and you will undergo background, drug, and TB screenings as part of the hiring

Qualifications

• Experience with apartment, commercial, hotel, senior living, facilities, property or general building maintenance is a plus — but we’re also interested in mechanically inclined candidates with strong hands-on skills who are ready to grow.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Candidates must also be able to meet required background screening, drug screening and TB testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• No two days are exactly alike. You’ll handle a variety of maintenance needs throughout our community, help troubleshoot problems, complete repairs, maintain the property and grounds, and respond to resident maintenance requests.
• We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the details, and enjoys being the person others can count on when something needs to be fixed.
