Pegasus Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician to service properties and enhance resident satisfaction. You will respond to service requests and maintain multiple building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.

The role emphasizes a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn. EPA or CPO certification is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required for on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or facilities preferred.
• Strong customer-service mindset and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in maintenance skill set.
• EPA or CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with excellent customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests promptly and accurately.
• Develop and apply skills in HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, and carpentry as needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and demeanor at all times.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
