Job summary

Peak Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Louisville properties, Devonshire & Lyndon Crossings. The role supports 470+ units and requires strong maintenance skills, including HVAC, electronics, and general equipment upkeep.

You will be on-call on a rotation, with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching. A sign-on bonus is included.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
• Position requires on-call rotation.
• Must be able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and traverse multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks across Peak Management properties, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
• Respond to on-call rotations as required to address maintenance issues.
