ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Boynton Beach, FL. The role focuses on skilled repair work, responsive service to residents, and collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor to uphold high property standards.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent maintenance repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and related systems.
• Complete turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and follow turnover checklist.
• Carry out common area upkeep: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal and window cleaning.
• Monitor exterior building components for roof, siding, shutters and related issues.
• Support preventive maintenance programs within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Ensure equipment and structures are safe; document safety concerns and remedies.
• Log new tools/equipment into inventory and keep work areas clean.
• Observe all safety rules and work in a cooperative, team-based environment.
