Job summary

PINE WINDS is seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician to perform make-ready repairs on vacant units before move-in. The role reports to the Service Manager and HVAC certification is preferred. You will be on-call as scheduled and support the property team with routine maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications include HVAC skills with CFC certification, SDS/OSHA knowledge, and a high school diploma. A valid driver’s license is required; travel to other sites may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills.
• Knowledge of SDS and OSHA regulations.
• CFC certification required; 608 refrigerant preferred (will train).

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready repairs on vacant units in a timely manner.
• Be on 24-hour on-call as scheduled; respond to paging.
• Assist the Service Manager with inventory and maintenance.
• Inspect properties for improvements and review with the Service Manager.
• Maintain the shop clean and professional; wear uniform.
• Work indoors and outdoors in extreme temperatures.
