Job summary

South Oxford Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities in top condition. You will handle routine maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work weekends and on-call hours. Knowledge of EPA/OSHA regulations is a plus; training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification highly preferred.
• Experience in maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances is desirable.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry.
• Diagnose faults, carry out preventive maintenance, and conduct inspections.
• Respond to resident work orders with a customer-first attitude and keep areas clean and safe.
• Assist in make-ready processes for vacant units and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
