Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Pasadena to support maintenance across the community. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will handle daily on-site duties, respond to work orders, assist with make-ready, maintain logs, and ensure safety compliance through OSHA guidelines and proper records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance, corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic tasks.
• Assist with make-ready processes in line with property objectives.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain safety standards and organize the maintenance shop.
