Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician in Savannah, GA to prep vacant apartments, handle work orders, and perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair. You’ll stay active, work with your hands, and be part of a supportive, hands-on team.

The role offers on-site work with on-call shifts, and opportunities for growth through ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Handle work orders with skill, urgency, and a smile.
• Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting.
• Support preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Stay on-call for emergency maintenance needs.
