Job summary

Stjohnsresidence is seeking a Maintenance Worker in Queens, NY for full-time (hourly). The role involves overseeing repairs and preventive maintenance, ensuring safe operations across buildings, and supporting grounds and housekeeping tasks as seasons change.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform repairs and maintenance of agency properties.
• Develop routine maintenance schedules with the Maintenance Services Manager.
• Assist with heavy duty repair and upkeep of agency property.
• Maintain building systems and perform seasonal grounds upkeep as needed.
• Ensure doors, windows, locks, lighting, and alarms are functioning daily.
• Attend trainings and keep certifications up to date.
