Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in maintenance, landscaping, and irrigation systems.
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 emergency maintenance support.
- Perform skilled maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare vacant units for re‑occupancy.
- Maintain landscaping and common areas.
- Coach and oversee maintenance staff.
- Coordinate with contractors for repair work.
- Complete preventive maintenance schedules.
- Assist Community Manager with inspections.
