Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical integrity of our multifamily properties. You will complete work orders, make-readies, and support preventative maintenance across our communities.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and preferably EPA HVAC and CPO certifications, along with strong communication and multitasking skills. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid U.S. Driver’s license is required
• EPA HVAC and CPO certification preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule and on call rotating nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Complete make-readies
• Maintain property grounds and common areas
• Preventative Maintenance
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
• Provide a parts and materials list needed weekly
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager
