Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical integrity of our multifamily properties across the United States. You will complete work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and keep shops clean and organized while supporting on-call coverage as needed. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid U.S.

driver’s license, and strong communication skills. EPA HVAC certification is preferred, and familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s license required.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; flexible schedule and on-call nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make readies.
• Maintains property grounds and common areas.
• Performs preventative maintenance.
• Keeps shop and work areas clean and organized.
• Provides parts and materials list weekly.
• Assists in emergency coverage with team members.
• Demonstrates professional customer service to residents, staff and vendors.
• Adheres to safety policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

Compensation:$26 to $30 per hour

Overview

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who will use their maintenance experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
