RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical integrity of our multi-family properties. The role emphasizes attention to detail, timely work order completion, and professional resident and vendor interaction.

The position offers hourly compensation of $18–$20, along with paid time off, holidays, medical/dental/vision coverage, and a 401(k) with employer match. EPA HVAC and CPO certifications are preferred, with flexible scheduling including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s license is required.
• EPA HVAC and CPO certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make readies.
• Maintaining Property Grounds and common areas.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis.
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner.
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.
