Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical integrity of our multi-family properties. Compensation is $20.00 per hour with a benefits package including PTO, holidays, and health coverage.

You will perform work orders, preventative maintenance, grounds care, and shop upkeep while collaborating with residents, staff, and vendors. A valid U.S. driver’s license and EPA HVAC certification are preferred; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s license required.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willing to work flexible schedule and on-call rotating nights and weekends.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make-ready.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop and other work areas.
• Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis.
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members.
• Demonstrate customer service by treating residents, staff, and vendors professionally.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Overview

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who will use their maintenance experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.
