Job summary

Roundhouse in Billings, MT is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our properties in top condition. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa maintenance, respond to work orders, and help ensure safety and curb appeal.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in general maintenance and a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and good customer service. This role offers full-time hours, base pay plus commissions, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year in general maintenance and repair work.
• Working understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property's upkeep, repair, and overall health.
• Perform hands‑on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa systems.
• Respond quickly to work orders and ensure high‑quality finishes.
• Walk the property to spot maintenance issues and ensure safety and health codes.
• Protect curb appeal by maintaining grounds, exteriors, and common areas.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor on tasks and purchases.
• Keep thorough records of materials, hours, and completion status.
• Take turns in after‑hours on‑call rotation and assist with snow removal.
