Job summary

Roundhouse Communities LLC in Bozeman, MT is seeking a maintenance technician to keep our properties safe, functional, and welcoming. You’ll handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and pool/spa tasks, respond to work orders quickly, and document work completed with accuracy.

Compensation starts at $23–$27 per hour plus commissions and a $1,000 signing bonus; full-time hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm, with alternating 24-hour on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in general maintenance and repair work.

Responsibilities

• Handle hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa systems.
• Respond fast to work orders and see each one through to a high-quality finish.
• Walk the property to catch maintenance issues early and keep it compliant with safety and health codes.
• Protect curb appeal by keeping grounds, building exteriors, and common areas clean and functional.
• Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks, approve purchases, and coordinate vendors.
• Keep clear records of the work you do, including materials, hours, and completion status.
• Take your turn in the after-hours emergency on-call rotation and pitch in on snow and ice removal.
