Job summary

Boxer Property Management Corp in Houston is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform daily general maintenance and repairs across our properties. You will ensure equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently in line with company safety policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory for cost-effective operations, responding to 24-hour emergency calls on scheduled on-call shifts, and completing grounds work and routine cleanup as directed by the Property Manager and Lead

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently.
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
• Basic computer skills (email, etc.).

This Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the daily general maintenance and repairs as well as other tasks assigned by the Property Manager and/or Lead Maintenance Technician.Roles and Responsibilities:Responsible for daily general, maintenance,Ensure all building systems operate safely, efficiently and as originally intended per company safety policy standards.Maintain inventory as needed for cost effective operations. Be on-call duty to respond to 24-hour emergency calls as scheduled.Complete grounds work as directed by Property Manager including general clean-up of surrounding areas.QualificationsExperience, Knowledge and Education:Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently.Must be able to work independently with little supervision.Must have basic computer skills (email, etc.).High School diploma or GED required.Additional Requirements:Successfully pass pre-employment screening.
