Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail with basic maintenance skills.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Able to lift at least 75 lbs and perform 8-12 hour shifts.
• Able to work weekends and be available for on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds according to community objectives.
• Operates and maintains equipment safely; complies with health and OSHA programs.
• Responds to work orders promptly, participates in on-call rotation.
• Inspects public areas and apartments to maintain standards.
• Adheres to air conditioning, refrigeration, and recordkeeping requirements.
• Follows pool/spa water chemistry and sanitation procedures.
• Keeps storage, tools, and equipment secure at all times.
• Completes Cardinal U training as required.
