The right candidate will have experience in plumbing, electrical and carpentry, and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years maintenance experience is preferred
• REAC inspection experience is a plus
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely

Responsibilities

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, sinks and basic carpentry
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed
• Complete work orders and keep proper maintenance documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
