Job summary

Envolve Community Management Company owns and professionally manages apartment communities in the southeastern United States. Berkshire Apartments in Perry, GA seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical tasks, and to support the Maintenance Supervisor.

The ideal candidate has HVAC certification with 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience, can move heavy equipment safely, and is available for emergency

Qualifications

• HVAC certification with 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24/7.
• Normal work hours are usually between 8am – 5pm, Mon-Fri (seasonal variation).
• Background Screening and Drug Test Required.

Responsibilities

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and general maintenance repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and forms to assure proper documentation of maintenance operations.
