Envolve LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service Desert Winds Apartments in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing and electrical tasks, with support for the Maintenance Supervisor and a commitment to excellent resident service.

Ideal candidates have HVAC certification and 3+ years of experience, are able to lift heavy equipment, and must be available for emergency calls 24/7. Work is typically 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime.

• HVAC certification with 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely.
• Willingness to respond to emergency maintenance calls 24/7.
• Normal hours typically 8am–5pm, Mon-Fri, with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in apartment communities.
• Specialize in HVAC, plumbing and electrical tasks; assist Maintenance Supervisor.
• Repair appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures and basic carpentry.
• Complete work orders and maintain documentation for maintenance operations.
