Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service apartment communities in Beaumont, TX. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs, from HVAC to plumbing, ensuring resident satisfaction and safety.

You will respond to service requests promptly, troubleshoot issues, and work with a team to uphold the Wasatch standard of excellence. This role offers hourly pay with quarterly bonus potential and provides comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year hands-on maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience repairing or maintaining electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC systems, and pools.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following:
  • Electrical Systems
  • Plumbing
  • Appliances
  • Flooring
  • Carpentry
  • Heating and air systems
  • Pools
• Detail‑oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on‑call responsibility for after‑hours emergencies

Benefits and Pay Range :

The pay range for this position is $22.00 -27.00 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!

Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, and qualifications.
