Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking aMaintenance Technician to support our apartment communities. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs across units and common areas, ensuring resident satisfaction with timely responses and hands-on problem solving.

The role emphasizes clear communication, a customer-first attitude, and teamwork to uphold Wasatch standards and quality. On-site work at multiple communities with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience repairing or maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating and cooling systems.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following: Electrical Systems Plumbing Appliances Flooring Carpentry Heating and air systems Pools
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after‑hours emergencies.

Benefits and Pay Range:

• The pay range for this position is $$17.05 - 23.07 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!
• Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
