Job summary

Capital Vacations is hiring a Maintenance Technician to uphold the Sales Center and Welcome Center. You will implement preventive maintenance, handle painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general upkeep while supporting guests and staff.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of timeshare operations. The role offers competitive pay, PTO, health benefits, and travel perks across resort locations.

Qualifications

• Implements preventive maintenance programs for facilities.
• Performs painting, plumbing, electrical work, and landscaping upkeep.
• Completes maintenance calls and reports issues to management.
• Assists guests when needed and supports team duties.

• Maintain the Sales Center and Welcome Center daily.
• Complete maintenance calls and upkeep tasks.
• Notify the manager of issues and assist guests as needed.
• Read work orders and use basic tools.

What are you motivated by?:

The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center.

What you're great at:

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean‑up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center
• Notifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested
