Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep the Sales Center and Welcome Center at our resort locations. This full-time role emphasizes routine maintenance, safety, and facility functionality across properties.

Responsibilities include painting, plumbing, electrical work, basic landscaping, and responding to maintenance requests. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required; prior resort maintenance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry is a plus.
• Experience in general resort maintenance (landscaping, construction, upkeep).
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Implements preventative maintenance programs (A/C filters, fire extinguishers, appliances).
• Performs daily upkeep including painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, drywall and landscaping cleanup.
• Completes maintenance calls and general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Notifies manager of issues as they arise.
• Assists guests when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
