Job summary

CraftMark Bakery is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently on the 12-hour night shift (5pm–5am) with a 2-2-3 rotation. A $5,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are offered, along with a strong benefits package and opportunities for on-the-job training.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, sensors, and PLC-controlled systems, as well as troubleshooting and repairs in a highly automated bakery

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a production environment.
Basic computer skills.
Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, drivers, sensors, and production machines.
Troubleshoot and repair machinery and mechanical systems.
Reset or monitor PLC-controlled systems.
Read and follow diagrams, sketches, manuals, and engineering specifications.
Analyze/Maintain equipment throughout the plant.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
