Job summary

Ajulia Executive Search is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliable operation of production equipment. The candidate will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot PLC/HMI-based control systems, and support production line setups to meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, interpreting schematics/blueprints, and performing routine and unscheduled repairs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as maintenance technician.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Reading and interpreting information and specifications from blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings in order to repair equipment, machinery, physical structures and systems.
• Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs.
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Plan and organize mechanical activities required to support the production of safe, high‑quality products.
• Set up, adjust, and optimize manufacturing and packaging equipment to ensure peak performance and compliance with cGMP and SOP requirements.
• Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including filling, packaging, and manufacturing machinery.
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment control systems such as PLCs, HMIs, servos, photo eyes, and proximity sensors.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify corrective actions and prevent recurring equipment failures.
• Perform general facility maintenance, including plumbing, HVAC, and basic electrical work.
• Follow all established SOPs and safety policies, including lockout/tagout procedures.
