Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform routine building repairs and preventative maintenance at a Fort Myers community. You will work under supervision to maintain mechanical systems, assist with carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, and ensure a safe, clean resident environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling/vendor coordination, recording maintenance activities, responding to emergencies within 30 minutes, and following safety

Qualifications

• Minimum two years general experience in building trades or maintenance.
• Must be able to react and address emergencies within 30 minutes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Additional trade experience and certifications may be required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vendors and contractors for repairs and emergencies outside routine maintenance.
• Maintain a schedule of completed maintenance and upcoming service due dates.
• Follow safety procedures to protect self and others in the building.
• Complete required forms and work orders using the KWPMC system.
