Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting in Miami is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment under limited supervision.

The role requires at least four years in building trades, the ability to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes, and strong communication with front desk and management to coordinate access and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years general experience in building trades, repair and replacement maintenance or handy-work.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.
• Contacts and schedules vendors and contractors for necessary building repairs and emergencies.
• Communicate with Front desk, Management office and other departments to ensure access protocols are followed.
• Maintains a schedule of when maintenance has been performed and when next service is due.
• Routinely inspect building mechanical systems/equipment to ensure proper performance and maintenance.
