Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Expedite make-ready maintenance and basic repairs.
• Plumbing: fix leaks, clear drains and service fixtures.
• Pool maintenance and chemical level checks.
• Carpentry and painting tasks around units and common areas.
• Grounds maintenance and handling of maintenance requests.
• Operate tools and maintain supplies for daily tasks.
