Responsibilities

• Complete work orders promptly, including plumbing, appliances, HVAC, locks and minor electrical repairs.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Turnaround maintenance on apartments.
• Lawncare and winter salting as needed.
• Care and maintenance of the swimming pool.
