Job summary

Point Real Estate Management is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician for a Class A multifamily community east of downtown Saint Paul, MN. You will perform unit repairs, assist with turnover, and support overall property maintenance to ensure a comfortable living experience for residents.

Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and preventive maintenance, plus on-call rotations and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-time apartment maintenance experience.
• Own a basic set of hand tools and a valid driver's license.
• CPO certification as needed per property; CAMT offered after 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in resident units and assist with turnover.
• Replace filters and maintain HVAC, electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Repair and refurbish apartments prior to resident occupancy (Make Readies).
• Supervise subcontractors and maintain records.
• Provide on-call support and respond to service requests within 24 hours.
• Perform custodial and grounds tasks as needed.
