The technician will diagnose issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general systems, coordinate with vendors, and maintain accurate maintenance records while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall maintenance skills.
• Ability to diagnose and complete repairs and perform preventative maintenance.
• Capable of scheduling and performing preventative maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and support upkeep of the community.
• Perform preventative maintenance and unit turns for new residents.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and common areas for maintenance needs and safety.
• Assist with vendor scheduling and oversight for maintenance projects.
• Prepare and submit invoices and maintenance documentation.
