Job summary

Vidalta Residential seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to uphold the integrity of its property portfolio. You will tackle diverse tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, and general upkeep, while ensuring timely completion of work orders and a strong focus on safety.

Make-ready turnover for vacant units within 7 days, documenting work and coordinating with the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
• 2–3 years in property or apartment maintenance.
• HVAC or CPO certification a plus.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; ability to read manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests promptly and prioritize emergency repairs.
• Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, and drywall areas.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant units within 7 days; conduct pre-move-in inspections.
• Maintain safety, document work, manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and coordinate with management.
