LyondellBasell Industries is seeking a maintenance technician to perform mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance and reliability improvements on plant equipment and piping. You will work safely in a multi-craft environment, reading drawings and using precision tools to ensure high-quality repairs and continuous operation.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong math/measurement skills and NCCER millwright certification or similar knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong math and measurement skills.
• NCCER millwright certification or similar knowledge and ability desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance and reliability improvements on plant equipment and piping.
• Work in a multi-craft environment and operate rolling equipment as needed.
• Ensure maintenance is performed safely and to high-quality standards.
• Read mechanical drawings and blueprints to guide repairs and fabrication.
• Use precision measurement tools and proper rigging techniques for lifting.
• Troubleshoot and repair rotating and reciprocating process equipment.
