MG Properties is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Mitchell Place in Murrieta, CA. The ideal candidate has experience in all trades and a strong customer service orientation, with at least 2 years on a 200-unit property.

Duties include cleaning grounds and common areas, completing service requests, appliance repairs, painting, turnovers, and responding to emergency calls. This on-site role requires reliable transportation and availability for on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!
