MG Properties is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to lead teams at Carillon Apartments and Enclave at Warner Center in Woodland Hills, CA. You will oversee maintenance operations across multi-site properties, ensuring safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.

Requirements include at least 2 years as a Maintenance Supervisor, experience with at least 300 units, all trades capability, and a valid driver’s license.

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to lead the teams at Carillon Apartments & Enclave at Warner Center in Woodland Hills, CA!

As a Senior Maintenance Supervisor, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance


• Overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff


• Assisting manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnel


• Conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings


• Maintaining accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures


• Coordinating or performing equipment maintenance and more!

Compensation and Benefits

• $38-$42/hour DOE
