Job summary

AmerisourceBergen Drug Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor in Lebanon, Indiana. You will oversee preventive maintenance for facility equipment and material handling systems, diagnose MHE issues, and manage upgrades to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or Facilities/Plant Management and 2+ years of related maintenance experience with strong electrical knowledge.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Facilities/Plant Management preferred; requires some technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum of two (4) years related and progressively responsible maintenance experience; strong electrical background preferred.
• Experience in developing preventive maintenance programs, disaster planning, and knowledge of diesel-powered back-up generators, fire pumps, AHUs and ROOFTOP units.

Responsibilities

• Oversee effective preventive maintenance plans and schedules for all facility equipment and systems.
• Diagnose Materials Handling Equipment-related errors and perform repairs as needed.
• Lead maintenance, modifications, and upgrades of MHE and building systems; assess efficiency and implement modifications.
• Manage spare parts inventory in CMMS and coordinate downtime resolutions with vendors when required.
• Direct and develop a staff of Maintenance Support Specialists; coordinate bids from vendors for contracts and services.
• Be on call for downtime events and work split shifts, nights and weekends as needed.
