Cencora is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its distribution center in California. You will oversee a small team, manage preventative maintenance for MHE and building systems, and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.

This role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime, coordinating with vendors, and developing budgets and maintenance plans while supporting safety and reliability across the facility.

Qualificações

• BS degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or facilities/plant management.
• Minimum five years of directly related experience in an automated distribution warehouse.
• Extensive knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and critical equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and develop a small maintenance team for MHE and facility systems.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and monitor downtime for reliability and efficiency.
• Coordinate repairs with vendors and ensure regulatory compliance and record-keeping.
