Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician in Mountain Home, AR. You will maintain automated production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support continuous production uptime across shifts.

The role requires reading electrical and pneumatic diagrams, basic hand tools experience, and strong communication under pressure. You will report to a Maintenance Supervisor and collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Technical Associate degree preferred.
• Preferred 3 years of applicable experience/demonstrated skill.
• Required 2 years as a Production Technician or Auxiliary.
• Must have experience with basic hand tools.
• Able to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams; hydraulics knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance on automated production machinery to reduce downtime and meet production schedules.
• Performs preventive and predictive maintenance as required to ensure equipment availability.
• Position reports to a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Works in a safe manner and is trained in all appropriate plant safety programs.
• Reads electrical and pneumatic diagrams and interprets schematics.
• Works with suppliers to resolve technical issues.
