Job summary

Vantive, a leader in vital organ therapies, seeks a Maintenance Engineering Technician to sustain automated production equipment and drive reliability across processes. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot PLCs and robotics, and coordinate with engineering and suppliers to support plant operations.

Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, with 9+ years of related experience or 3 years as Principal Maintenance Technician; technical associates degree preferred; strong

Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma or GED required.
• Technical Associates degree preferred.
• 9+ years of applicable maintenance experience or 3 years as Principal Maintenance Technician.
• Ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams; hydraulics knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on automated production machinery to meet schedules.
• Conduct preventive/predictive maintenance to ensure availability.
• Lead and train technicians; mentor project teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, drafting, purchasing and suppliers.
• Investigate root causes and implement improvements; manage basic budgets.
• Troubleshoot electrical, PLC, robotics, and vision systems.
