We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our company and support our York NE location. As the Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll support plant operations by performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability, safety, and uptime. It includes rapid troubleshooting to resolve equipment issues quickly and keep the facility on track to meet production goals. Responsibilities also include managing assets and documentation in the EAM/CMMS system, coordinating planned work and parts, improving PM plans, applying condition-based monitoring, and supporting reliability and continuous improvement initiatives. The role upholds strict safety and compliance standards, collaborates with operations and contractors, supports audits, and completes additional facility and maintenance duties as needed.
